Terms & Policies

  1. I will ship purchases via United States Postal Service First Class and will pay for shipping.
  2. Your order will be processed through pay pal, or if you prefer you can send a personal check. As soon as I receive payment,( in case of a personal check- when it clears the bank), it will be shipped to you.
  3. If a piece is not in stock, I will notify you as to how long it will take to make and send
  4. I will not share any contact information you provide to me with ANYONE
  5. If you receive a purchase and want to send it back, you have 15 days with which to do that. It will be your responsibility to pay shipping. I will refund your purchase price as soon as I receive the item.
  6. If a piece is custom made with regard to size, color of stones, etc., I will contact you as to the charge and specifications of your request. There is no returning a custom made piece, unless other arrangements are made with me.
  7. I will gift wrap a piece for an additional $5.00 and send it to you or the person it is intended for.
  8. If any of my jewelry develops a problem due to malfunction of the piece and not neglect, I will have you pay to ship it back to me, United States Postal.  I will replace or repair the item  and I will pay to ship it back to you.  All component parts of my jewelry are either Sterling Silver or Fine Silver.  Care should be taken to clean silver with a soft cloth and a silver jewelry cleaner.  Polymer Clay items can be washed gently with a small amount dishwashing soap and warm water- the shine can be obtained by rubbing with a soft cloth to desired luster
